2.5.1 After a date prescribed by the authority having jurisdiction, no person shall transfer, or cause to be transferred, petroleum products to an aboveground storage tank system that should be registered in conformance with Articles 2.2.1 and 2.4.1 unless the storage tank system has been registered with the authority having jurisdiction.
